We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies8–12+ years of experience designing mobile and web interfaces, with strong expertise in interaction and visual design, as well as the production and presentation of user interfaces that support customer needsExcellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and customersAbility to communicate abstract UX concepts to audiences that are not skilled in a UX disciplineProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Lobable, Replit, V.0, and Cursor, along with experience using Dovetail, Jira, and MiroExperience with user-centered design patterns and methodologies, combined with hands-on experience working with Material UIFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or AngularDetail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and passionate about challenges; previous experience in a financial environment preferredBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor of Fine Arts degree or similar requiredResponsibilitiesThe Product Designer is a highly skilled practitioner responsible for the design and delivery of exceptional end-user experiences. They work in a collaborative fashion within a multidisciplinary environment and employs a user-centered design methodology by representing customer needs throughout the full product development cycle – often on multiple, concurrent design initiatives.
