This role will report into the NAM Cluster CSC Network Lead and will provide direct support to the site head and collaborate with site business office lead and site leadership team (SLT). The Business Office Analyst also shares best practices with other global CSC sites and executes programs in the Toronto location. This includes managing ad-hoc projects, town halls, employee engagement programs, presentations, reporting, and site culture initiatives. Responsibilities:Direct support to the CSC site head and site leadership team to drive execution of the site and CSC network strategyCollaborate with the site head to define and implement site initiatives to improve employee engagementCoordinate and ensure the efficient operation of the site as the execution arm of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), including monthly leadership and engagement activities.Ensure the smooth operation of business office activities support the site communications leadWork with partners in RES, HR, and CTI to ensure the site is well run and issues are tracked and resolved in a timely mannerWork with community partners and universities to provide support and help organize Citi eventsPresent key metrics and insights to senior site leaders, lead and facilitate employee advisory groupsImplement and drive new programs and practices, ensuring alignment with strategic CSC initiativesPartner with HR to implement and coordinate Talent programs within the CSCCollaborate with business heads to host and organize executive leader visits to the CSCAct as the CSC on-site liaison for engagement networks Manage and organize CSC events, including quarterly employee recognition and engagement events (i.e., Global CSC Network Employee Appreciation)Lead and coordinate VOE strategy initiativesMonitor relevant site metrics and launch programs to reduce attritionWork with site SLT to address employee pain pointsDevelop materials for site newsletters, senior stakeholder engagement eventsSupport onboarding of new businesses and services into the CSCSelect and champion site social responsibility initiatives. Tracks participation and publicize accomplishmentsQualifications:5-8 years of relevant experienceProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders is preferredProficient in use of AI tools to draft content and analyze dataExperience with databases and information managementConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experienceCompetencies:Strong experience managing business operations, events, and/or programsExperience in community relations and partnering with key external stakeholdersHighly developed communication, interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing deadlines and schedules This site uses only strictly necessary cookies to perform basic functions.
