Specialist I Sales Order Management

By joining us as a Specialist I, Sales Order Management, you will provide excellent support to Tescom Asia Pacific trade operations regarding order entry and processing.

In this capacity, you will act as an interface between sales offices, representatives, and factories to manage sales orders efficiently. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will:

• Check the order documents for completeness.
• Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers and send customer order acknowledgments.
• Generate purchase requisitions and orders.
• Validate and calculate pricing using system tools; enter and update data or purchase orders in the system.
• Check with the accurate factory to place the item ordered.
• Provide a shipment list and shipment confirmation to customers.
• Identify issues that need customer concerns.

For this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, Shipment, Purchase Order placing, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Salesforce and Oracle experiences are a plus.
