If you’ve worked in a production or warehouse environment and have hands‑on experience with packing, labelling, or working on the production floor, this could be a great next step.What You’ll DoDispense, pack, label, and prepare products to meet the production planFollow processes for primary and secondary packing of finished drug productsSupport smooth operations across multiple cleanroomsSet up rooms and equipment, complete production documentation, and maintain accurate logsContribute to a “right first time” culture and support problem solvingMaintain high housekeeping and safety standardsCarry out post‑production cleaning, reconciliation, and documentation closureWork closely with Room Leads and the wider production team to achieve the delivery of finished drug productQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in packing within a production or warehouse settingStrong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindsetA team player with good communication skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environmentWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a growing manufacturing function with opportunities to support new equipment, process improvements, and enhanced production efficiency.
