Enterprise Brand and Go-to-Market Planning Senior Marketing Analyst

Citi is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join the Enterprise Brand and Go-to-Market team, where you will shape and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable impact across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a key connector between marketing, decision management, and risk teams — translating data into clear strategic and tactical plans that influence campaign direction and business outcomes. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives within a global financial services environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing project requirements, marketing package development, and waterfall evaluation from initiation through delivery.
* Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into insight-driven recommendations that enhance brand marketing strategies and improve outcomes across the organization.
* Partner with Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk teams to define business requirements and ensure successful completion of marketing initiatives.
* Evaluate and scope marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Information Management team, including determining testing approaches and campaign sizing.
* Manage and implement line optimization strategies and calculations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee the List Processing Vendor team to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution across targeted customer segments.
* Guide and educate marketing partners on new tools and methodologies, supporting the adoption of customer-centric campaign strategies across the function.
* Monitor the impact of market events and segment-level developments, escalating risks and control issues with transparency to senior leadership.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Extensive experience in a brand, campaign, or go-to-market marketing role, with demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance and communicate data-driven results to business stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience conducting exploratory data analysis and presenting findings clearly to cross-functional business partners.
* Solid understanding of customer-centric marketing techniques and how to apply them across direct and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Ability to operate effectively in a technical environment, applying analytical acumen to solve real-world business and marketing challenges.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
* Background in financial services, consumer lending, or third-party marketing environments.
* Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to marketing in highly controlled industries.
* Experience working within or alongside compliance, risk, or decision management functions in a marketing context.
