Please review the role description and discuss with your recruiter for more details on location!Why we’re looking for youWe are excited to hire our first-ever Global Compensation leader to shape and scale our compensation and equity programs to increase our talent density at Owner.Reporting into the VP of People, you’ll partner with Finance, Talent, and other senior leaders to create, implement, and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward exceptional talent across our global team. Compensation includes both cash compensation and equity: your role is to ensure both remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.This is a unique opportunity to build and mature compensation infrastructure at a high-growth company. You'll combine analytical rigor with business acumen to inform compensation approaches, allow the business to operate more efficiently and equitably with offers and merit cycles, and help leaders make informed talent investments.
