Base pay range $22.00/hr - $35.00/hr Aegis is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR administrationManufacturing environment experience would be most ideal.Experience working with Paylocity (would be open to ADP, UKG, Paycheck, or Workday)Experience with processing payroll for salaried and hourly employees.Great organizational and multitasking abilities.Tough skin – willing to put yourself in HR situations – and see all sides. ; able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft suite – Excel mainly!Nice to have:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, accounting or related field.Bilingual in English and SpanishExperience working for a company with multiple shifts and schedulingExperience with employee onboarding and compliance training.
