**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, or 2 years of experience with advanced degree.
+ Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
+ Experience in CTV advertising ecosystem.
+ Knowledge of digital advertising monetization in video, mobile and display with Google solutions.
+ Ability to adapt to ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The Media and Entertainment team within Global Partnerships works with Google's largest Media partners to drive revenue and profitability through Google's platforms, products, and insights. The team focuses on current and future revenue opportunities for our partners by building trusted-advisor relationships with C-Suite and senior executives at partner organizations, is deeply knowledgeable about the industry that the partner operates in, and by thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit to help drive new revenue opportunities and areas of focus for the partner and Google.
Google is seeking a Connected TV Inventory and Campaign Specialist to help grow the relationships with the most strategic media partners by helping them set-up and optimize their use of the Google Ad Manager (GAM) platform to drive new and existing programmatic revenue opportunities. You will look to help the partners grow business across all platforms (app, web, etc.), with an emphasis on CTV.
In this role you will work closely with other members of the account team and cross-functional Google teams to support the day-to-day management and up-selling across their book of business. The Connected TV Inventory and Campaign Specialist is also the key Google Ad Manager product expert, providing training, implementation support, business optimization, sales support and strategic consulting to the partner.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $112000 - $162000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

**Responsibilities**
+ Act as Google Ad Manager platform programmatic expert for Media Partners, providing specialized support at any stage including implementation, day-to-day questions and business strategy.
+ Build and maintain business relationships for Google Ad Manager partners through close collaboration with partner account owners of all levels of seniority on a daily basis.
+ Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager’s partners, products, and services as it relates to growing the book of business.
+ Project manage time-sensitive escalations related to business performance changes, product issues and challenges specific to a given partner.
+ Deeply understand partner needs and opportunities for growth and upsell on existing business.
