This customer-facing role is critical to growing our assets under management and deploying capital efficiently. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly detail-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our investor community. You will work closely with our Investor Relations team to onboard new investors, process transactions, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the investor lifecycle.About the role…Guide new investors through the onboarding process, from account setup and profile creation through their first investmentKeep management systems up-to-date with accurate investor informationEducate investors on account services and platform capabilitiesReceive, review, and process investor transaction requests accurately and in a timely mannerSupport the deployment of fund capital by facilitating the creation of commits and transactionsHandle investor support emails and provide excellent customer service to Equitybee's investor communityHelp with the preparation of reports and other materials for investor communicationsCoordinate with the Compliance, Legal, and Investor Relations teams to resolve any issues that ariseIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding and transaction workflowsAbout you…Must have FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or 661–2 years of experience in client service within the financial services industryBachelor's degree required; degree in Finance or Economics is a plusExcellent communicator with solid interpersonal skillsDetail oriented — nothing gets past youStrong team player who can also work well independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of a CRM systemFamiliarity with securities regulations and accredited investor requirementsAdvantages…Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystemExperience with secondary transactions, stock options, or private offeringsHybrid work environment (Palo Alto office, 3 days onsite per week)Comprehensive medical (HMO/PPO), dental, and vision coverageHSA & FSA account optionsUnlimited PTOWellness and fitness...
