You excel at taking complex technical problems and breaking them down into smaller, clear tasks for your team to work on. * A Technical Leader: You excel at breaking down complex architectural initiatives and mentoring engineering teams to execute them flawlessly. * A Hands-On Builder: You maintain the ability to code, debug, and implement solutions alongside your team. * An Automation Advocate: You aggressively identify bottlenecks and automate CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery. * A Security & Quality Champion: You strongly believe in following a solid software development process. You design with a "shift-left" mentality, ensuring that cybersecurity, testing, and compliance are built in from the very beginning rather than added at the end. ## ## Core Skills & Requirements ### ### Experience & Leadership * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-level applications. * Enterprise Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven history of driving architectural decisions and aligning stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment. * Beyond the Code: You bring experience that goes beyond standard individual contributor work, demonstrating clear impact in system design, process improvement, and technical leadership. ### ### Technical Proficiencies * Full Stack Mastery: Deep programming experience in Java or Python, coupled with a strong understanding of UI technologies, Web service frameworks, and NoSQL databases. * AI-Native Development: Proven experience utilizing AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily workflows, alongside a strong grasp of prompt and context engineering. * Cloud Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions on AWS (AWS Certifications are a strong plus). * DevOps Mindset: Proven track record of implementing and automating robust CI/CD pipelines. ### ### Bonus Points (Nice to Have) * Experience developing applications using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph). ## ## Why Trimble?
