BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN for our Oahu Home Care/Assistive Care office in Hawaii. This office supports clients across Oahu with compassionate, high-quality care in the home.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager
-
Lead the clinical delivery of care for clients receiving services in the home

Conduct client assessments and ongoing evaluations of clinical and functional status
-
Develop, review, and update plans of care to support safe, high-quality outcomes

Supervise, mentor, and coach caregivers in the field through home visits, skills development, and real-time feedback

Collaborate with office teammates to ensure strong communication, continuity of care, and timely follow-up on client needs

Build trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners

Support caregiver development by identifying learning opportunities and recognizing strong performance

Monitor documentation, incidents, compliance requirements, and care concerns with a focus on safety and quality

Apply sound clinical judgment to complex situations and escalate appropriately when needed

Promote a positive, engaged team environment that reflects BAYADA’s mission and values
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager

Current Hawaii RN license in good standing
-
Clinical experience in home care, community-based care, or a related setting
-
Prior leadership, supervision, case management, or caregiver mentoring experience preferred
-
Strong assessment, care planning, documentation, and clinical judgment skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners
-
Comfort working both in the office and in the field

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Oahu as needed
