This (leadership) role is located onsite in Palmdale, CA or Edwards AFB, CA.This exciting position will offer the opportunity to work within a technical team responsible for the building, integration, test and maintenance of communications hardware in laboratory and field settings ranging in complexity from single rack of equipment to 10+ racks and will provide technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.Key Responsibilities:Build systems using engineering drawings, configuration & recovery documentation,Support startup & shutdown procedures, ATP/Delivery, as well as post-delivery support.Support the build and installation of custom cables and wire harness assemblies as well as tray assemblies from engineering drawings and interconnect diagrams.Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics),Perform detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas, conducting preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency and quantitative judgments concerning technical data.The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.Basic Qualifications for Level 3:Must have a High School diploma or equivalent AND 4 years of related professional/military experience.Basic Qualifications for Level 4:Must have a High School diploma or equivalent AND 6 years of related professional/military experience.Basic Qualifications for both Level 3 and 4: Must have an active US Government clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs. Note: SAP/PAR will be upgraded once selected candidate is in role.
