Skip to main contentHomeProfileJob SearchApplicationsMy EventsJoin Talent NetworkSign InSingle PositionView All JobsProperty and Asset Management AnalystUnited States-Florida-Melbourne No longer accepting applications.Job IDR10236401Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, FL.Essential Functions:Maintain warehouse property and assure that all Government, Customer and Northrop Grumman owned property is received, handled, maintained, stored, and dispositioned in accordance with procedures, and government regulationsPerforms combination of manual and clerical duties and perform physical inventory of assetsUse of appropriate material handling equipmentMaintain records, correspondence and reports as requiredUse of computer system for the administration of asset managementVerifies quantity, identification of receipts/shipments, logs and processes receiving/shipping documentsTracks receipts and shipments on logsInterface with offsite Property team to resolve questions and/or concerns related to the processing of Government/ Customer and NG property and assure that it is properly protected, stored and disposedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant property management experience or a masters degree with at least 1 years of relevant property management experience or a PhD with at least 0 years of relevant property management experience.
