Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.This specific product leadership role directs the Transaction Journal Experience team, which is responsible for a critical, high-traffic digital feature for Citi's credit card and bank customers. The team's mission is to enhance how customers view, understand, and interact with their transaction history.The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with exceptional influencing skills and creativity. They must be adept at managing complex, senior-level relationships both internally and with external vendors, and they must have a proven ability to drive innovation in a competitive digital landscape.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for the transaction journal, aiming to create a best-in-class digital experience that helps customers understand their finances and deepens their relationship with Citi.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders across Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Product, and Legal/Compliance.Vendor Management: Oversee the relationship with a large strategic partner essential for delivering key features.Product Development: Manage a significant budget to deliver innovative features, such as tools for analyzing spending patterns, digital receipts, and improved search/filter capabilities.Innovation: Go beyond solving existing customer issues by developing market-leading capabilities and personalized financial advice to stay ahead of competitors.Additional Responsibilities:Lead a team of Product Managers and engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform productsResponsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the digital product platformEngage with businesses and shape business and product requirements into platform requirementsOwn the overall platform business plans and roadmapsDrive product development for new initiativesMake appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-marketMaintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the companyAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency,...
