Our technology is already delivering real-world value, and we're now expanding our operational fleet and deployment capability.We're looking for an Integration Technician to help build, integrate, test, and maintain the sophisticated unmanned systems that sit at the heart of those operations.The OpportunityThis is not a repetitive production-line assembly role.You'll be working on advanced unmanned aerial platforms that combine sensors, communications equipment, compute hardware, power systems, and mission-critical payloads into operational systems deployed in demanding environments.The role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and deployment. You'll work closely with software engineers, hardware engineers, and flight operations specialists to ensure systems are built reliably, configured correctly, and ready for operational use.As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to contribute not only to system builds, but also to improving integration processes, workshop standards, testing approaches, and the scalability of our operational capability.What You'll Be DoingBuilding, integrating and configuring complex unmanned systemsCarrying out wiring, harnessing, mechanical assembly and system installationSupporting testing, troubleshooting and fault diagnosisWorking with engineering teams to validate system performanceSupporting maintenance, upgrades and operational readiness of the fleetHelping improve integration processes, workshop standards and testing proceduresWhat We're Looking ForExperience building or integrating complex electromechanical systemsStrong practical assembly, wiring and integration skillsAbility to read technical drawings, schematics or integration documentationExperience diagnosing and resolving hardware or system issuesHigh attention to detail and pride in build qualityComfortable working in a fast-moving engineering environmentDesirable ExperienceUAV, robotics, aerospace, defence or motorsport experienceLinux, networking, embedded systems or RF communications exposureSoldering, crimping and cable assembly experienceExperience supporting prototype or low-volume production environmentsWhy Join sees.ai?You'll join a mission-driven team solving some of the most interesting challenges in autonomous aviation.
