About The Role
The Supply Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, including purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing products for the Fulfillment Operations team in our Phoenix Authentication Center. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient stock levels by performing accurate weekly inventory counts, analyzing consumption data for supply ordering and seamlessly coordinating with vendors for supply deliveries to meet business demands. The Supply Lead is also responsible for stocking, maintaining and organizing all storage supply areas to support efficient and productive operations.What You Get To Do Every Day
Accurately capture inventory count data utilizing excel, and other inventory management software
Perform accurate inventory counts ensuring that all items are accounted and reported
Analyze inventory count data thoroughly and report any discrepancies to manager
Plan, forecast and order supplies according to business needs
Optimize inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess while preventing stockouts
Track and receive purchase orders and deliveries
Maintain a high level of competency in all areas of supply inventory, and business plans
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Distribute supplies to throughout the fulfillment department, and others as needed
Stock, organize and label the supply storage areas
Assist in fulfilling internal supply orders, and any other supply related projects
Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
Strong verbal, computer and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter and collaborator - able to work individually and within a team
Perform duties in a timely and effective manner, adhering to established company policies to achieve overall objectives.
Must be punctual and available to work overtime as needed
Quick learner with the ability to learn/is proficient in Netsuite and/or Google Suites
Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in inventory management, supply chain management or procurement
Full-time position in an office or warehouse environment
