Let's dive right in:Support the day-to-day bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts, keeping our financial engine running smoothlyIssue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely and effective debt collectionResolve invoice-related queries both internally and with external stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contactUpload supplier invoices into our internal system for approval and prepare documentation for weekly supplier payment runsProcess statement reconciliations across bank, supplier, and customer accountsAssist with the preparation of financial reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial recordsPitch in on ad-hoc finance tasks as the team needs — no two days are exactly the same!Your profileAlright, that sounded pretty exciting, didn't it?
