Learn more at www.coreweave.com.What You'll DoThis role leads the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of land acquisition opportunities for CoreWeave's owned-site data center development pipeline across the Americas. You will manage the full acquisition lifecycle — from off-market land sourcing and feasibility assessment through transaction structuring and close — coordinating closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Energy, and the Due Diligence Team.About The RoleAs Principal, Land Acquisition, you will be CoreWeave's primary executor for owned-site campus and powered land deals across the Americas. You will build and manage a qualified acquisition pipeline that provides the Development team with consistent deal flow across purchase, ground lease, and option structures. Working in close partnership with the Site Selection team, you will ensure every acquisition target is rigorously evaluated before commitment, including power infrastructure, entitlement risk, commercial terms, and technical feasibility.This role is based in one of CoreWeave's US hubs and requires regular travel to evaluate sites and maintain broker and landowner relationships across key Americas markets.In This Role, You WillLead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of powered land, powered shell, and data center campus sites across the Americas, prioritizing regions, site typologies, and acquisition structures (purchase,...
