Associate Director, Consumer Growth Science & Operations
Summary
Yelp's mission is to connect people with great local businesses. As a trusted source of information on local business, millions of people turn to Yelp every day to make decisions about where to spend their money— from where to eat, shop, or stay, to which home or local service provider to use, and beyond.

As Associate Director and head of Consumer Growth Operations, you will own the vision, strategy, and hands-on execution for all growth communication channels while leading a team and partnering closely with Marketing Technology teams to ensure our underlying MarTech stack performs at its best. You will drive scalable operations, rigorous channel analytics, and continuous optimization in partnership with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
We are especially interested in candidates who bring 1) direct experience with marketing automation tools such as Braze, and 2) either direct experience in AI-driven marketing operations/optimization or demonstrate a deep curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to advance our growth objectives.
