Obtenga más información en www.averydennison.com.Job DescriptionAbout your role:As a Key Account Manager for PerformanceWe are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to join our Team Sports commercial team in Mexico. You will take full ownership of your accounts, driving business growth and playing a pivotal role in our success within the sports league and club market. You will focus on customized uniforms, fanwear, and licensed sportswear (jerseys, apparel, accessories), aligning your efforts with marketing strategies to consistently achieve or exceed the annual operating plan for the region.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients, acting as a strategic partner to help us expand our market presence. Your ResponsibilitiesYou may lead some or all of these daily activities to support the sales team:Daily, you will be supportive of increasing profitable growth by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory generating sales revenue to existing and new accounts.Liaising with customers to negotiate the terms and conditions, confirm orders, gather additional information as necessary, and keep them informed of progress.Liaising with planning/purchasing to ensure customer orders are prioritized and progressed appropriately and service levels are met.Proactively informing key customers of order/shipment discrepancies and providing the intended resolution plan.Managing the material forecast to support internal site readiness for orders.Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within the territory.Manage samples and coordinate new season developments directly with the customer to ensure alignment with their needs.Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.QualificationsAn insightful, motivated, and high-potential individual with a strong passion for the sports industry. Prior experience in the sector is highly preferred.Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Resident in Mexico City.
