We have a great relationship with the hospitalist service and support from general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele neurology.Work alongside our team of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who are supportive and collaborative with other staff and departments.Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.Qualifications: Board-certified/Board-eligible Physician Assistant with recent acute care experienceDue to the high acuity of patients and autonomy of the role ED experience is requiredScheduling:We understand the importance of work-life balance.
