Labcorp is seeking a fully remote Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the UK.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37.5hrs
Job responsibilities:
The role is part of the Commercial Operations Team that ensures the Labcorp BLS Sales, Proposals and Contracts teams can leverage new and existing technologies to meet the commercial needs of our clients.
A unique opportunity to combine your interest in sales, proposals, contracts, data analytics and technology.
Contribute to the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and associated tools that are needed to support these efforts.
Provide end-user support for all system users and using both technical and business knowledge.
Set up and maintain role-based access via profiles and permissions.
Monitor feedback within the system and respond to end-user queries.
Design and manage flows, page layouts, record types, fields and reports.
Assist with the development and documentation of business and functional requirements and all implementations related to stand alone functionality, including testing of new enhancements and documentation.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an audience-appropriate manner.
Set high standards of performance, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in a related field;
Salesforce Administrator Certification;
2 or more years’ experience working with Salesforce or an equivalent application system;

Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact.
Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize.
Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Strong analytical skills.
Positive attitude and sense of urgency.
Experience in life science industry is beneficial;
