You will lead the design and delivery of business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders and support strategic initiatives across our digital landscape.As a Senior Developer, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, translating complex data into meaningful insights. You will be responsible for designing scalable data models and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, data governance standards, and enterprise architecture.You will collaborate closely with data engineering and integration teams who manage data ingestion and pipelines, ensuring that high-quality, reliable data is available for analytics and reporting. More specifically, you will:Solution Design & DeliveryLead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)Define and implement scalable data models and semantic layers to support business reporting needsTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive decision-makingEnsure usability, performance, and scalability of BI solutionsBusiness Engagement & AnalyticsPartner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and analytical use casesProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and trendsSupport strategic initiatives by delivering high-quality analytics and performance measurement frameworksAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on BI and data usageData Governance & QualityEnsure consistency, accuracy, and quality of data used across reporting solutionsApply and promote data governance principles, including standardized definitions and KPIsValidate data and support user acceptance testing for BI deliverablesCollaboration with Data & Integration TeamsWork closely with Azure and data engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data availabilityConsume curated datasets and ensure alignment between data models and business needsContribute to the definition of data structures and transformations required for reporting (without owning ingestion pipelines)Leadership & Knowledge SharingAct as a BI subject matter expert within the organizationDefine and enforce BI standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organizationProvide training and documentation to business users and stakeholdersQualificationsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 7 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics rolesStrong experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)Proven experience designing data models, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting solutionsStrong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniquesSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data lifecycleExperience working with enterprise data environments and large datasetsExperience collaborating with data engineering teams on data preparation and availabilityUnderstanding of data governance frameworks, KPI definition, and reporting standardizationExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)Soft skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholdersAbility to translate complex data into clear business insightsAbility to operate in a global, distributed environmentFluent in English (verbal and written)By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving...
