To achieve this goal, the Hardware, Infrastructure Management, and Fundamentals Engineering (HIFE) team is instrumental in defining and delivering operational measures of success for hardware manufacturing, improving the planning process, quality, delivery, scale and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware. We are looking for seasoned engineers with a dedicated passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure. We are looking for a Fleet Engineering Manager to join the team. #SCHIE #azurehwjobs #HIFE ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a high-performance US based fleet management and debug organization responsible for customer experience KPIs. Develop and execute strategic technical programs related to cloud computing, including debug and analytical infrastructure deployment, application migration, and fleet management. Lead development and implementation of end-to-end debug solutions for scale systems, including design and deployment of debug data solutions in datacenters. Lead complex, cross-organization collaboration projects with hardware, firmware and software teams that drive root cause analysis. Accountable for leading execution forums and driving teams to meet debug KPIs and become best in class high performing teams. Develop the team through hiring, mentoring and developing best-in-class cloud computing debug engineers. Develop world class at scale debug methodologies, test strategies and test routines in data center solutions. Master communicator, develop and use data to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders progress on debug deliverables. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years technical engineering experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experienceOR equivalent experienceOther Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
