**Your role and responsibilities**
Perform activities related to collecting debts from customers in the residential, commercial, key account, and special customer segments of the natural gas market.
Conduct credit reporting processes, ensuring compliance with current policies and regulations.
Prepare PowerPoint (PPT) presentations to track results and indicators and support decision-making.
Provide support to leadership in various operational and strategic activities.
Serve as a point of contact for requests and inquiries with IBM, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI).
A plus: Knowledge of Salesforce.
Creativity and mental flexibility that enable you to find quick and appropriate solutions to new and unexpected situations.

**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Technician, Technologist, College Graduate, or Student in an Administrative Program.
