The role focuses on incident management, service requests, and application support, with opportunities to contribute to project deployments and continuous service improvement.What you’ll do Provide Level 2 operational support for applicationsManage business-as-usual (BAU) incidents and service requests within defined SLAsTroubleshoot application issues across P1/P2/P3 severity levels and identify root causesSupport deployment of projects and application changesCollaborate with domain teams and IT Operations to manage requests and deliver resolutionsEnsure service stability and continuous improvement through proactive monitoring and issue resolutionWho you are An individual with experience in telecom domain operations and application supportProficient in Python, SQL, and Shell/Perl scriptingFamiliar with machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, and feature engineeringExperienced with cloud and DevOps tools including AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, and CI/CD pipelinesComfortable working with tools such as Git, Linux, Jupyter Notebook, and VS CodeEducated to a degree level (MCA, BE, B-Tech or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesAble to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearlyNot a perfect fit?
