We help Taiwan local businesses directly reach new customers around the globe across Amazon's 17 overseas marketplaces. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party sellers — and our team plays a critical role in driving that growth.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and AI-curious junior talent to join our Taiwan Marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution and operation of AI-powered nurturing experiences that guide new TW Sellers through their onboarding journey — executing automated touchpoints, maintaining conversational tools on local channels, and applying AI to streamline day-to-day marketing operations. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, conversational AI operations, and seller lifecycle management at scale.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute and maintain AI-powered nurturing journeys that guide new TW Sellers from registration to first sale — monitoring funnel performance, flagging drop-off points, and triggering automated interventions
• Operate and optimize AI-driven nurturing content on LINE, including chatbot flow maintenance, content updates, and response quality monitoring
• Apply AI tools to streamline daily marketing operations — content production, data tagging, reporting automation, and campaign execution
• Monitor Seller lifecycle data to identify inactivity signals and trigger proactive 'stuck Seller' intervention sequences
• Support the development of personalized learning recommendations and milestone-triggered engagement sequences based on Seller stage
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, data, operations) to ensure smooth integration and operation of AI-powered touchpoints
• Document workflows, compile performance reports, and present operational insights to the team
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, information management, Technology Management, Business Management, digital media or equivalent field
- Available to work 5 days per week for at least 6 months, physically in Taipei
- Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to create content, automate workflows, or solve problems creatively
- Basic understanding of customer/Seller journey mapping
- Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong learning agility, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and LINE ecosystem (LINE OA, or LINE Messaging API)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io) or CRM-triggered communication workflows
- Experience with prompt engineering or using LLMs to generate marketing content at scale
- Understanding of e-commerce seller onboarding or cross-border trade is a plus
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate independently in ambiguous situations

Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, information management, Technology Management, Business Management, digital media or equivalent field
