As we scale our portfolio toward 12,000+ units, our automated pricing stack does the daily heavy lifting - so our Revenue Managers can focus on the decisions the algorithm can't make. You'll own the revenue performance of a cluster of our busiest cities, where multiple properties, real demand swings and high booking volumes make pricing a genuine craft.If you want to run a portfolio like it's your own - with the autonomy to make the call and the data to back it - read on.How you'll be hosting with heart:Revenue OwnershipOwn revenue performance across a multi-country, multi-city and multi-property portfolio, with accountability for RevPAR and a clear focus on GOPPAR.Set and steer pricing strategy, including rate floors and ceilings, pacing, demand sensitivity and pricing aggressiveness, while leveraging systems for daily optimisation.Develop rate-plan, inventory and Length-of-Stay strategies to protect peak nights and capture shoulder demand.Monitor pickup, pace and market trends, identifying outliers early and translating insights into clear, prioritised actions.Lead revenue strategy for new property openings, from pre-opening positioning and pricing through a successful ramp-up and accelerated market penetration.Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term property and cluster performance.Analytical OptimisationDiagnose why a city or property is under- or over-performing and separate a pricing problem from a demand, rate or distribution problemOwn event revenue strategy across the portfolio by maintaining event calendars, detecting demand shifts early, assessing market impact and defining property-level pricing, inventory controls, restrictions and ongoing performance steering.Keep track of all actions taken, so pricing decisions stay auditable with a systematic feedback loop to learn from past decisionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with our Distribution teams on visibility levers when demand is pacing behind - you flag the need, they deploy the OTA leverFlag content, review-score or operational issues that are costing revenue, backed by the numbers and chase the right team to fix themWork with Data Science on improving our internal algorithms to drive commercial performance and automationJob requirementsWhat you'll need to shoot for the stars with us:3 years+ experience in revenue management: ideally in hospitality, serviced apartments, short-term rentals or travel-techA completed university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance or a related highly analytical field (STEM).A high degree of autonomy: you're comfortable owning a portfolio, making the pricing call under pressure and standing behind itStrong analytical thinking: you're fluent with pickup, pacing and rate data and you make decisions on evidence, not gut feelFlexible and strong at multitasking: you can hold several properties and priorities in your head at once and switch context without dropping the ballBased in Munich: this is a hybrid role out of our Munich HQBusiness fluency in English, German is a plus Nice to have (a real plus):Multi-property revenue management: you've priced a cluster or portfolio, not just a single assetExperience in a tech-enabled hospitality environment: you're at home working with an RMS and automated pricing rather than manual data entryWe're designed to stay because: Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with...
