Snr Specialist Staff Engagement & Comms

## Join Us Senior Specialist: Communication and Employee Engagement will lead the development and implementation of company-wide internal communication strategies, recognition programmes and staff social events, in collaboration with business leaders and key stakeholders, to strengthen employee engagement and promote Vodacom's preferred culture across the organisation. Key Accountabilities * Develops long-term strategies on key company-wide initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and employee engagement. * Creatively designs and executes staff social events to increase employee engagement and sustain the preferred employee culture for Vodacom. * Oversee the overall production of internal communications, staff events, etc. for the purposes of communicating critical information to employees. * Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure that staff communication supports company-wide strategic engagement initiatives. * Develop, evaluate and implement strategies to ensure employees are well informed of company-wide initiatives, programs and announcements. * Strategically collaborate with and build relationships across functional divisions with the mandate of effectively driving the company-wide stakeholder agenda around information flow. * Assess and analyse targeted stakeholder groups to inform the strategic design and execution of effective company-wide information flow. * To manage internal campaigns from inception to completion – inclusive of the briefing process and communications plans compilation. Identify appropriate communication channels for specific campaigns. * Collaborate with HR teams to plan, execute and provide clear communication support for company-wide initiatives and activities. * To provide a communications advisory service to EHOD: Human Resources Competencies * Excellent written and verbal communication * Project management * Presentation and facilitation skills * Event planning& coordination * Digital communication tools * Data analysis and reporting on communication and engagement metrics * Creativity and attention to detail Qualifications and Experience * A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Communication /PR or a relevant field, Marketing, Human Resources or Business Administration * Min 3-5 years experience in internal communications, employee engagement and culture initiatives
