Our finance organization is focused on transforming how we operate—leveraging automation, data, and digital tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across global processes. This role will play a key part in advancing that transformation by leading projects that modernize financial operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsibilities:
Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects.
Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes.
Drive adoption/introduction of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to the Nutrition finance organization.
Leverage SQL and data querying capabilities to support data validation, reporting, and automation initiatives.
Accountable for Training, Adoption, and Support for SAPàDART integration project (need to put in something generic to explain what SAP/DART is, for external folks)
Support data infrastructure initiatives, including working with modern platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable and efficient data processing.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the finance organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environments
Transformative and vision-driven mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecast processes)

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
