What you’ll be doingFollow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational guidelinesMaintaining compliance with our practice standardsHelping the Superintendent Pharmacist to develop, implement and maintain Pharmacy procedures and processes.Working with the Head of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Manager to help run the PharmacyDeputise for the Pharmacy Manager in their absenceChecking dispensed prescriptions and sending out orders via our couriersManaging the Pharmacy near misses and creating action plansWorking with the Risk and Safety team to root cause and resolve incidentsWorking proactively with Service and other internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely mannerProactive problem-solving and innovation, contributing towards service development and patient experienceWork with the Pharmacy Manager to train and develop the Pharmacy workforceWork with the compounding team to supply medicinesWork with the Pharmacy Manager and Supply Chain team to manage inventoryWhat we need from youRegistered with the pharmacy regulator (GPhC)Demonstrate high levels of professional expertiseA passion for pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.Ability to work collaboratively with a team-centred approachHave excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local servicesRole model communication skills; you will hold excellent face to face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and...
