LOGINGo back to jobsElectrical Assembly Integration and Testing (EAIT) EngineerBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaApply for this jobSHARE DepartmentEAITJob posted onMay 26, 2026Employment typeFull-TimeApply for this jobSHARE Role: Electrical Assembly Integration and Testing (EAIT) EngineerEmployment Type:Full TimeEducational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Assembly & integration of components/products within the aerospace, satellite manufacturing, automotive, or defence industries. Role Description:An Electrical AIT Engineer in the PRD team of the Space Department of Pixxel. Responsibilities & Duties: You will be responsible for identifying spacecraft harness requirements for reliable operations with respect to wire, cable and connector types determined currents, voltages, EMI/EMC considerations etcYou will be responsible for creating detailed harness datasheets with reference to the ICDs, matching of datasheets and creation of worksheets for fabricators for harness fabrication and responsible for overlooking the fabrication process and qualification/ acceptance process.As a part of Pixxel’s Production Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing satellite assembly, integration and testing processes along with a team of technicians and engineers. At a given time, you will be given the responsibility of production of a set of Pixxel satellites.  You will be drafting step by step electrical AIT procedures/assembly checklist for the technicians to implement, based on the designs.You will be responsible to check and validate each step of the AIT procedures after being implemented by the technicians on the shop floor. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the satellite AIT.You will be responsible for documenting the progress in satellite AIT process and the observations during the inspection and validation of the procedures, post implementation, in an enterprise software or via manual record entry.You will be responsible for collaborating with design, systems, and mechanical teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements.Desirable Skills & Certifications:Impeccable communication skills, in English (bonus - Hindi and Kannada), in order to interface between the production team and technicians on a daily basis. Experience in reading and understanding datasheets, technical reports, wiring diagrams, schematics and test plans is a must.Good Experience in resource and production planning enterprise tools, like SAP, ERP etc. Highly proficient in documentation and planning tools like Google office (Docs, Sheets), MS projects, Jira, etc. Understanding of concepts involved in electrical integration and processes, with strong command over all required tools of the trade. Strong experience and proficiency in understanding and maintaining test equipment, including but not limited to, power supplies, oscilloscopes, current monitors, loads, multimeters, etc Strong understanding of test campaigns and ability to quickly and accurately document test reports and results. Good understanding of satellite environmental testing is required. Knowledge of ESD phenomena,cleanroom procedures, standards and best practices to prevent ESD, surface cleaning and preparation processes is a must.Candidate Acumen:  A strong desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
