Logistics and Operations Coordinator
About the Role
As a Logistics and Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Romania Service Facility. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movements, processing inventory transactions, and supporting workshop operations while ensuring compliance with NOV's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
Working closely with the Logistics & Inventory Supervisor, Workshop, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, you will contribute to operational efficiency, material availability, and continuous improvement across the facility.

- Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities to support workshop operations.
- Receive, visually inspect, store, pick, issue, transfer, and deliver materials to the appropriate workshop while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records in JDE.
- Process inventory transactions including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and shipments.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials in accordance with HSE procedures.
- Maintain warehouse organisation using 5S principles and ensure proper storage, traceability, and preservation of materials.
- Collaborate with Workshop, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate system records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with all NOV Quality, HSE, and company policies and actively contribute to a safe working environment.
Essential
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or service environment.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Basic English language skills.
- Experience using ERP systems; JDE experience is an advantage.

Preferred
- Technical qualification related to logistics, operations, or supply chain.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience with NOV JDE and TAT systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices and 5S methodology.
