What is the opportunity?
In this role you will support strategic approach to marketing and brand initiatives the Cayman Islands in collaboration with Senior Marketing Managers. Manage the marketing support of revenue growth for Private Banking, as well as the execution of CSR/Sponsorships, and Personal and Commercial Banking initiatives, while ensuring consistency and adhering to best practices and brand guidelines. Manage the production process for local marketing campaigns, including the management of multiple stakeholders and ensure appropriate legal, brand, business and budget approvals.
Maintain relationships with regional vendors and provide best practices in cultural/local nuances, messaging and overseeing of translations. You will also recommend local market opportunities that increase digital adoption, client engagement and revenue growth for Private Banking, Personal Banking/Commercial Banking.
What will you do?
Lead campaign executions for Private Banking
Lead product campaign executions, CSR/Sponsorship and Brand initiatives in the Cayman Islands in collaboration with Senior Marketing Managers
Prepare briefs for creative and media agencies and partners as required
Support the regular development of content on wealth management topics for our public-facing sites
Support the execution of and raise internal awareness of key sponsorship initiatives and donations, including but not limited to the RBC Race for the Kids
Execute marketing strategy around key events to maximize brand impact and amplify lead generation
Manage the inventory of all signage and brand collateral
Maintain up-to-date contact sheet for and relationships with suppliers and vendors by jurisdictions
Maintain up-to-date merchandising & collateral inventory on Retail Branches
Implement a merchandising roll out template/process for campaigns by jurisdiction
Manage the local signage environment and coordinate the installation of in-branch and in-market events to enhance the clients’ experience, brand perception and consistent application of brand guidelines
Manage branding for in-market events, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines
Recommend Marketing and Advertising opportunities to support credit worthy client growth and penetration
Negotiate for pricing deals with vendors and suppliers where applicable
Manage end-to-end campaigns from strategy to execution with measurement tracking back to business results and marketing metrics
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
General MBA with specialization in Marketing
Minimum 7 years experience in Marketing within the Financial Services sector/Wealth Management teams
Working knowledge of digital marketing and local media landscape
