Ready for a hands-on role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team, delivering outstanding service to customers across a variety of industries including: Pharma, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Brewing and General Manufacturing.  You'll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining water treatment equipment, carrying out testing and disinfection work, and identifying opportunities to help customers improve their systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing, commissioning and servicing water treatment equipment including softeners, and dosing systems.
  • Conducting water sampling, analytical testing and environmental hygiene monitoring.
  • Carrying out cleaning, disinfection, flushing and descaling of water systems, tanks and cooling towers.
  • Supporting customers with technical advice and troubleshooting.
  • Managing equipment, PPE and company vehicle to the highest standards.
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and in line with company and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Full driving licence.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Flexible attitude to travel, occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work when required.
  • Water treatment, engineering, plumbing or electrical experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
