Field Service Technician

Role responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment while providing technical training. Act as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve product issues and maintain strong partnerships.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses strong electrical, mechanical, and software aptitude along with excellent communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license, the ability to travel, and the capacity to work on their feet for extended periods.
