Accountabilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure, with SMB customers across various industries.
- Convert high-quality inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and other channels into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach strategies.
- Identify new opportunities, create demand, and develop personalized approaches to engage potential customers.
- Act quickly on opportunities by managing priorities effectively and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and provide value-based recommendations that address real business challenges.
- Collaborate with onboarding, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Continuously improve sales performance by optimizing conversion rates, deal value, and customer engagement strategies.
- 1–2 years of experience in remote sales, full-cycle sales, or contract negotiation, ideally within SaaS, payments, technology, or SMB-focused environments.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close deals within short sales cycles and high-volume environments.
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels, with the ability to quickly establish trust and influence decisions.
- A strong hunter mindset with the discipline to generate pipeline independently through structured prospecting.
- Curiosity and empathy to understand customer businesses and recommend solutions aligned with their needs.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment with a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent, with a data-driven approach to managing activities and performance.
- High personal standards, accountability, and a collaborative mindset focused on sharing successes and improving team performance.
- Ability to sell fluently in both French and English.
