## Join our Team About this opportunity We are seeking a SaaS Consultant with experience in the Fintech domain to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of cloud-based financial technology platforms. The role involves working closely with clients such as banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and payment providers to understand business requirements, configure SaaS solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial workflows, digital payments, banking integrations, and SaaS product implementation. What you will do Client Consulting & Requirement Gathering * Work with clients including banks, fintech companies, and financial service providers to understand operational and regulatory requirements. * Translate business requirements into SaaS platform configurations and solution design. * Conduct product demonstrations and workshops with client stakeholders. SaaS Implementation & Configuration * Lead or support implementation of fintech SaaS platforms including onboarding, configuration, and deployment. * Configure financial workflows, transaction monitoring, reporting dashboards, and user roles. * Ensure alignment with client operational processes and compliance requirements. Financial Systems Integration * Work with engineering teams to support integrations with: * Banking systems * Payment gateways * Core banking platforms * APIs and third-party financial services * Assist in data migration, reconciliation processes, and transaction validation. Regulatory & Compliance Support * Ensure SaaS solutions align with financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards. * Support clients in configuring controls related to risk management, audit trails, reporting, and monitoring. Client Success & Optimization * Provide post-implementation support and advisory services. * Monitor client usage and recommend process improvements and automation. * Work with customer success teams to drive product adoption and client satisfaction. Training & Documentation * Deliver training sessions for client teams on platform features, workflows, and reporting. * Create functional documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides. You will bring * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 10+ years of experience in SaaS consulting, fintech platforms, or financial technology implementation. * Experience working with financial institutions, fintech companies, or payment platforms. * Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and cloud-based financial applications. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Skills * Knowledge of digital payments, transaction processing, reconciliation, or treasury workflows. * Familiarity with financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 or SWIFT. * Experience working with APIs, REST integrations, and fintech platforms. * Understanding of data security, compliance, and financial regulations. * Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus. * * * Key Competencies * Fintech Domain Knowledge * SaaS Implementation & Consulting (AWS Preferred) * Financial System Integration * Business Process Mapping * Client Stakeholder Management * Regulatory Awareness All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
