Now imagine using that expertise to help build the technology that makes those decisions faster, clearer, and more consistent at scale.As a Product Subject Matter Expert for Commercial Property, you will be the bridge between the realities of claims handling and the teams building what comes next. You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to turn real-world claims knowledge into better workflows, stronger data, and automation that helps insurers handle complex losses without losing the judgment and context that good claims work requires.Some of the problems you’ll solve:🔍 Where does the Commercial Property claims process create unnecessary delay, rework, or uncertainty? Map the claim lifecycle from FNOL through investigation, coverage evaluation, damage assessment, restoration, settlement, and closure to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.🧩 What information is missing, inconsistent, or difficult to use when claim decisions are made? Identify gaps in the policy, loss, inspection, estimate, vendor, business interruption, and documentation data claims teams need to make sound decisions.📐 What does a high-quality, defensible Commercial Property claim look like? Define practical standards for investigation, coverage analysis, damage assessment, documentation, estimating, reserving, vendor coordination, and settlement decisions.💸 Where are we losing time, money, or trust? Identify ways to reduce claim duration, improve estimate and reserve accuracy, limit leakage and litigation exposure, strengthen vendor performance, and help insureds recover faster.🤖 Where can automation create real leverage without weakening claim quality or compliance?
