You’ll just be bagging and sorting tricky-to-recycle items that households and businesses have prepped for you. We know your name, we answer your questions, and we want you to stick around. How it works 1. Gear up Grab your equipment and get road-ready. 2. Hit your route Collect tricky recyclables from homes, businesses and councils. 3. Sort it Unload and sort materials at the consolidation point. 4. Get paid Earn while helping communities recycle better. A day in the life of a ReSmart driver You’ll kick off your shift on the road, gear ready, heading to your first Pickup. At each stop, you’ll collect tricky-to-recycle items left out by everyday do-gooders (and sometimes get a friendly wave or thank you at the door).Once your route is done, you’ll head to the nearest consolidation point to unload and sort materials into clearly labelled areas, ready to be sent on to our recycling and reuse partners.
