How you create impact

• Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
• Manage carrier bookings, shipment documentation, and operational data with a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Finance, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives to optimize operational performance.
• Ensure timely gross profit validation, accurate cost registration, invoicing, and financial compliance.
• Build strong relationships with carriers and suppliers while supporting supplier performance and service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reducing operational waste, managing risks, and enhancing service excellence.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding, with a strong focus on Export Operations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating ocean export shipments, carrier bookings, documentation, and operational follow-up.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes.
• Experience working in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or Customer Service within the logistics industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
