If you enjoy problem-solving, implementing innovative solutions and delivering high-quality, personal care, this role is for you!Please note we invite applications from non-CCT doctors only, who have at least 2 years of experience post FY2 completion.What you’ll be doingClinical Responsibilities:Engage in high-quality and meaningful digital consultations with prospective and current TRT patientsAssess medical questionnaires and blood test results to create and prescribe personalised treatment plansRequest investigations and refer patients to other healthcare professionals, as appropriateProvide proactive and assimilated medicines information and education to patients, prescribers and other clinical staffEducation:Demonstrate knowledge, awareness and appreciation of men's healthProactively keep up to date with new evidence and guidance related to our clinical categoriesProactive problem-solving and innovation with the aim of contributing towards service and clinical improvementWork within our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines and clinical governance framework, which drives continuous professional development and quality improvement initiativesWhat we need from youA fully qualified Medical Doctor, registered with the GMC with a license to practise in the UKNon-CCT with at least 2 years full-time experience post FY2 completionAble to commit to at least 30 hours per weekAble to work on Fridays and/or hours across the weekendExperience in providing digital consultations to patients for a range of health conditionsConfident to work independently and autonomously, with the support from the MDTA team player and able to work collaboratively with members of the clinical team...
