Job Duties: Manage software development lifecycle including coordination, prioritization, and communication across the business product areas. Build and realize the strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business. Build a client driven technology organization. Agile and DevOps model in partnership of SAMS business - design/develop software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs. Lead application components of moderate complexity. Provide technical design input in overall project. Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards. Conducts in-depth analysis of data to evaluate identifiable factors. Engage in open and transparent communication to keep the team consistently informed. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, sharing insights in the areas of the industry. Anticipate consequences of situations and takes appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies within their assigned tasks.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 60 months of experience involving the following: Backend development of RESTful APIs using Dotnet; Front-end development using Angular(v15+) including component creation, service, RxJS, routing, and state management using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and TypeScript; Relational databases (SQL Server) including writing stored procedures and complex SQL queries; Developing data access layers using Entity Framework, including entity modeling and performance tuning; CI/CD and source control tools including Git and GitHub Actions; and Portfolio Optimization processes and generic optimizers including Axioma or Gurobi.

 

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
