We are proud to be trusted by 500+ global enterprises and 20 million+ employees, including leading brands such as Nestlé, Puma, Coca-Cola, Sony, and Etihad Airways.Founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, Leena AI has secured over $40M in financing from top-tier investors including Greycroft, Bessemer Venture Partners, B Capital, and Y Combinator.Role OverviewSeeking a strategic, client-facing implementation consultant to lead enterprise deployments, design scalable solutions, and drive successful project outcomes from kickoff to value realization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end enterprise implementations and act as a trusted advisor.Understand business processes across HR, IT, Finance, SCM, etc., and design scalable solutions.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align solutions to business goals.Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and change requests.Drive integrations with HRMS, payroll, and IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Configure workflows, automations, and basic scripting (JavaScript).Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.What We Are Looking For5-8 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.Experience with enterprise processes, integrations, APIs, and data models.Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA or Rocketlane.Awareness of AI concepts, including Agentic AI.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Nice to HaveExperience with BPM/workflow management platforms.Exposure to chatbot or virtual assistant tools such as Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework.Skills: api,javascript frameworks,enterprise,solution consultant,software development life cycle (sdlc),implementation,integration Show more Show less Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Leena AI by 2x See who you know Get notified when a new job is posted.
