CaptivateIQ is transforming the way companies plan, manage, and optimize sales performance. We started by revolutionizing incentive compensation management, and now we're expanding our platform to solve broader sales planning challenges. Recognized by industry analysts like Forrester and G2 and backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia, ICONIQ, Accel, and Sapphire Ventures,  we empower high-growth companies like Netflix, Figma, and Stripe with the flexibility and insights needed to drive revenue performance.   Join a talented, fast-growing team committed to solving some of the most complex and impactful problems in sales performance management.     About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Events & Field Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution of CaptivateIQ's field marketing and event programs to generate measurable pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen relationships with our target accounts. You'll lead a portfolio of industry conferences, executive programs, customer events, partner events, and CaptivateIQ-hosted experiences that drive business impact across the buyer journey.

This role sits within Demand Generation and partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Content, and Marketing Operations to build integrated go-to-market programs. Success in this role is measured by business outcomes—including meetings, pipeline, revenue influence, and sales adoption—not event execution alone.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution, understands how to translate events into pipeline, and can confidently partner with senior sales and marketing leaders to drive growth.
