About us

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients.

Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation. We provide this support free to doctors and patients, helping them get life-changing medicine faster, cheaper, and easier. The resulting network enables biopharma companies to design better research, launch new drugs more effectively, and invest in harder-to-treat conditions.

Forus has exceptional product-market fit and is growing rapidly through organic adoption:

  • Accelerating scale: We already support patients across more than 80% of ZIP codes and partner with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies in the world.

  • AI-native, durable model: Our business becomes stronger as AI improves, as every new doctor, patient, and partner makes the network more valuable.

  • Backing to build for the long term: We raised $160M+ from leading investors to build an exceptional team and unlock the full scale of the opportunity.

Our number one priority is scaling to market demand. We are looking for individuals who are high horsepower, high throughput, and hyper resourceful to help us increase capacity and grow. We move fast and need to move faster.

If we succeed, science will be the only limit to medicine.

All full-time roles are in person in New York.

About the role

As Product Marketing Lead at Forus, you will shape how providers and their teams understand, adopt, and experience our product. You will own the customer-facing product narrative: what Forus does, why each new capability matters, and how the value we deliver compounds over time.

Forus is constantly expanding what it can do—launching new capabilities, improving existing workflows, and helping practices get more patients onto therapy faster—but much of that progress happens behind the scenes. You will turn product improvements into coordinated launch moments, clear education, and measurable proof of impact that drive deeper adoption, stronger relationships, and greater advocacy across both individual practices and enterprise provider organizations.

You will work across Product, Customer Success, and other functions to shape positioning, prepare customer-facing teams, communicate our roadmap, and ensure every launch continues producing value after release. Success means providers see Forus as an increasingly important part of how their organization operates and feel that the product is getting materially better every month.

This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.

If you join, you will:

  • Own product positioning and messaging for provider-facing products and capabilities, translating complex workflows and operational improvements into clear user value

  • Lead launches end-to-end, coordinating messaging, customer education, in-product communication, internal enablement, rollout strategy, and post-launch adoption

  • Develop and run our product communications calendar, including feature newsletters, release announcements, customer webinars, in-product messaging, and educational campaigns

  • Create practice- and organization-level communications that demonstrate how Forus is reducing work, improving medication access, and supporting better patient outcomes

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to identify underused capabilities, understand barriers to adoption, and build campaigns that drive deeper and broader usage

  • Develop a deep understanding of how different provider roles, specialties, and organizations experience Forus, and bring those insights into product positioning, roadmap discussions, and customer engagement

  • Measure product awareness, adoption, and engagement, using product data and customer feedback to understand what is resonating and continually improve our approach

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, or a related role

  • Track record of positioning and launching products, then continuing to drive understanding, adoption, and value realization after launch

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex products and workflows into simple, compelling language

  • Strong customer instincts and the ability to understand how different users and organizations perceive and realize value

  • Analytical judgment and comfort using product data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions

  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals

  • High NPS with your former teammates

This is a list of ideal qualifications for this position. If you don't meet every single one of them, you should still consider applying! We’re excited to work with people from underrepresented backgrounds, and we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
