Responsible for assessing and implementing RTM strategy, action plans and In-store execution; as well as development of Thailand sales Ops teams’ capabilities by supporting the implementation of key action plans, driving the efficient and productive processes while optimizing in-store execution. Drive Category Management (Cat Man) initiatives and executions for identified Customers and core Channels.
