You will work closely with internal partners and external providers to support data accuracy, reporting, and operational effectiveness while delivering insights that enable informed business decisions.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesSupport Master Data operations by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standardsGather and interpret data to support analysis and business decision-makingAnalyze datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities and develop actionable insightsCommunicate findings through reports and presentations to support informed decision-makingPartner across departments and engage with stakeholders at multiple levelsRespond to information requests and communicate business impacts to partnersOperate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesPrioritize multiple requests and serve as an escalation point for business partnersDocument business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experienceCollaborate with peers and influence outcomes through strong partnership and communicationBuild skills in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency and insightsSupport oversight and coordination of Managed Services providers to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectationsIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field1+ year of business-related experienceExperience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Power BI preferredExperience working with data analysis, reporting, and interpretation to support business decisionsStrong collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholdersExperience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvementDemonstrated curiosity and commitment to developing new technical skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the futureNumber of Days in Office: 3CompensationPay Range:$59,000-$79,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
