This role will focus on making Nectar Social a workplace that people want to join, talk about, and grow with. You will lead initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, campus branding, internal events, university partnerships, employee storytelling, and graduate hiring pipelines.

You will work closely with the Talent, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to create campaigns, content, and experiences that showcase Nectar’s culture, people, office life, learning opportunities, and growth journey in Pakistan.

  • Build Nectar’s presence as a desirable workplace across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create and manage content calendars for employer branding and culture-focused campaigns.

  • Capture and share employee stories, team highlights, office moments, events, achievements, and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Partner with design and marketing teams to create high-quality visual content, videos, posts, reels, and campaigns.

  • Ensure all employer branding content reflects Nectar’s culture, tone, values, and visual identity.

  • Organize university sessions, tech talks, career fairs, ambassador programs, and student engagement activities.

  • Create long-term graduate hiring pipelines for engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles.

  • Work with the Talent team to plan annual fresh graduate hiring campaigns and internship programs.

  • Identify top universities, societies, faculty members, and student groups for strategic partnerships.

Events & Internal Culture

  • Plan and execute in-house events that strengthen Nectar’s culture and employee experience.

  • Lead initiatives around office events, team activities, onboarding moments, celebrations, offsites, speaker sessions, and community-building activities.

  • Support the development of a strong internal culture that reflects Nectar’s values and growth mindset.

  • Partner with Operations to make the office experience more engaging, welcoming, and memorable.

  • Create content and campaigns around internal events to showcase Nectar’s culture externally.

Talent Marketing & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with the Talent team to support hiring campaigns for priority roles.

  • Create recruitment marketing content for open roles, hiring drives, and talent campaigns.

  • Help improve candidate-facing communication, job posts, hiring announcements, and employer brand touchpoints.

  • Support initiatives that improve how candidates experience Nectar from first interaction to onboarding.

  • Build campaigns that help attract high-quality candidates across experienced and early-career talent pools.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in employer branding, marketing, talent marketing, campus recruitment, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience creating or managing content calendars, brand campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create engaging content around people, culture, workplace, and company growth.

  • Experience working with universities, student societies, campus programs, or graduate hiring pipelines is strongly preferred.
