You will ensure efficient execution of production processes, maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will build and lead high-performing teams while partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional groups to achieve operational goals. You will drive business unit performance through effective management of key performance indicators, resource allocation, and employee development, while promoting accountability and engagement across the organization.A Taste Of Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure a safe workplace by maintaining compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and company safety policiesOversee adherence to food safety, quality, and environmental standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and Safe Quality Food requirementsLead line structure team performance and facilitate Daily Direction Setting meetings to align teams on operational goals and prioritiesTranslate issues identified during Daily Direction Setting meetings into actionable plans and drive timely resolutionFacilitate Weekly Daily Management System meetings to review trends, identify improvement opportunities, and establish measurable objectivesConduct Monthly Business Unit Reviews, preparing reports, analyzing results, and sharing best practices across teamsUse data insights to develop and execute 90-day performance plans, adjusting strategies to ensure targets are achievedManage...
